The  Electric Fryer (DF-11L) is a compact, powerful fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (24kg/hr fresh output). If you would like to have a larger chip fryer use the DF-11L-2 for frying foods with a strong flavour - e.g. garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.
